RAID COMPETENCY
Below are the requirements to be considered a proficient raider in our guild. The goal of these requirements are to offer members a defined avenue to establish their competency in raids to be considered for raiding on an experienced level. Players that meet these requirements will be given access to the #raiders channel in discord where they can fill for static teams, be considered for static teams, and join achievement/challenge mote runs.
REQUIREMENTS
Builds and Gear
You must have, at minimum, ascended trinkets and main weapons, with correct runes and sigils, on classes you intend to play. Exotic armor is acceptable. You will be expected to run meta build and skills upon request and may be asked to tweak build/skills a bit to account for specific fight mechanics.
Class Flexibility
You will need to have some class flexibility. Certain raids require different classes and/or compositions and we expect the members of our raiding pool to be willing to prepare new classes/builds as the meta changes or to fill certain needed roles on our static teams.
Approval Requirements
Raid Specific Experience Requirement:
You will need to have ONE of the following demonstrating experience in the more difficult encounters of the various raid wings:

Kill proof of 4 out of the 7 final bosses for each raid wing

OR
Support
Provide at least three logs for different raid bosses with a support class demonstrating good boon uptime/mechanics management.
HOW TO PROVIDE PROOF
Here are the acceptable methods in which to provide proof of the above approval requirements All proof will need to be submitted to an officer (personal message on discord recommended).
Any screenshots submitted will need to be of the entire GW2 window and include our guild roster.
Acceptable methods of Proof for LI/LD/ESS, Achievement, Gear or Kill Proof :
API Key
Providing us with an API key will give us the ability to review your achievements, gear, build, and LI/LD/ESS count. In order to provide us with your API key you will need to log into the official site and generate one with builds, progression and inventories enabled (please see the official wiki article on API).
GW2Bot
Alternatively, you can provide the GW2bot with your API instead and then use the bot commands to pull up the appropriate information. Instructions for the bot are in the #bot-spam channel on discord.
Screenshot
While we prefer and highly recommend you provide us with an API, screenshots are also acceptable. You will need to provide screenshots of your kill achievements, gear and LI/LD/ESS depending on the Proficiency Requirement you are completing.
Arcdps Logs
Providing arcdps Logs from Raid encounters are acceptable forms of Kill Proof.
Acceptable Methods of Proof for Benchmark Requirements:
DPS
Either a Golem arcdps Log or Screenshot with chat log in which you achieved a higher dps than listed for the classes below must be provided for each benchmark. A condi and power class is required.
Support
Provide arcdps Logs from 3 separate raid bosses in which you survived the encounter as a support class. These logs will be examined to determine your ability to handle boon uptimes and mechanics. Submitting logs from multiple support classes is recommended.
DPS Benchmarks(Updated for April 26th 2019 Patch)
All DPS benchmarks must use food and utility, realistic buffs, realistic conditions, on small hit box unless listed otherwise.
The setup configuration should use the standardized SnowCrows instructions at:
https://snowcrows.com/benchmarks/ (Click on “Buffs” at the top of the page)
Considering the damage potential of all classes, the general requirement of pure damage builds is 85% of the average benchmark (not the top grinded benchmark). We have listed the required number beside each class below. You should benchmark what you intend on playing, you may be asked to benchmark again if you swap classes. REMEMBER THESE ARE A MINIMUM. On a static or CM team you may be expected to improve upon these minimums.
*For any benchmarks that have both an allies and a non-allies version, please submit the non-allies version of the benchmark.
